Swelladia is an RPG Maker game that focuses entirely around body inflation! The game is set in an extremely open world, filled with lots of inflative puzzles and encounters for you to discover!
Combat revolves around trying to inflate and burst your enemies before they can pop you like a cheap balloon! You will have a variety of classes available to choose from, each with their own inflative abilities!
Examples range from your typical sorcerers with arcane inflative spells, and sentinels, a tanky class who use their powerful lungs to inflate enemies with brute force!
There are four different races to choose from, and you can play as a male or female version of all of them!
Inflate almost any NPC that you come across, and pop them to take their scraps for enchanting (You psycho...)
Enemies have responsive dialogue and will comment on how inflated both you and they are! There are also POV sprites for your character that will slowly obscure your vision the bigger you get!
Watch for plants that wish to fill you with sap, expansive spores, inflative darts, and sharp objects that you might pop on if you're too full and clumsy! Different environments will offer unique challenges! It pays to pay attention...
The world is an open sandbox, and there are plenty of villages, NPCs, enemies, and puzzles to find! You will be able to find powerful foes and even more powerful gear tucked away in every corner of the world! Between points of interest is a wilderness filled with danger and gatherable materials for consumables & equipment!
Your gear is arguably the deciding factor in how long you'll last before your untimely detonation, so make sure you keep it up to date! You'll be able to socket unique enchantments into your gear using the scraps of popped enemies, so get pumping!
In Swelladia, stealing, popping villagers, and other acts such as trespassing will alert the guards of whatever settlement you are in! Living the life of a thief has never been so good.... but be careful! If you end up in jail one too many times you might meet an explosive execution!
In your travels, you'll find furniture items, as well as materials to craft furniture, for decorating your house! The game features a robust decorating system so you can express yourself in your own home! Housing will allow you to store items when your inventory is full, share a home with romantic interests & pets, and show off your accomplishments!
NPCs will treat you different depending on what gender you identify as, what race you belong to, or even how inflated you are! Different parts of the world will have their identities and conflicts, which you can take a part in solving (or escalating)!
Your inflative state in the game is extremely important, as the world is filled with many puzzles & traps that require you to be inflated in specific states (such as floating with air, or weighed down with juice or water) in order to progress through areas!
You'll be able to forge a bond with many different characters in the world, and convince them to join your party, move in with you, and get married! Each romanceable character will have their own story that progresses as you spend more time with them, or give them gifts!

ok ive been searching for the paladin place for a bit and i cant seem to find it, as i accidentally changed my class
If you go like two or three areas south from the village and go west through the hills you'll find it! (Assuming you mean Sentinel guild haha)

How do i inflate the npcs
I can answer that! You know of that "Basic Pump" you have in your inventory that's not equipment? As well as those little squares at the bottom of the window that light up depending on which num-key you click?
First, use Q to open a special window. Then select one of your choice methods to inflate the NPCs. Then you click C while next to an NPC to use it on them. The squares show which item you can use when you select them.
I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong, but I’ve tried using the moon cookies to reactivate the event but it seems they do not do so.
Are there special steps I’m supposed to be taking?

Where do you find the 3 clues left by bandits for the Bandit Blowout quest? I looked all over Auris Village since i dont know what building the manor is and couldn't find them anywhere.

I might be missing something, but can anyone tell me how to use Puffkiss lipstick?
I also got this error when entering the area below the Lepin village.
It'll be fixed in today's patch! For the lipstick you should be able to just select it and use it on NPCs like the normal pump.
The problem is that I don't understand how to use the items from the hotbar at all, sorry
Ah, you can press "C" with an item selected from the hotbar (select it to the slot by hitting "Q"). There's a tutorial on it in game in the glossary!

Is there a way that the NPC wont reset to their default size after inflating? Like if I want to live them on the stage before they reach their limit and not to reset their size once i come back t the area. Is there a setting or something for it?
You can craft a cork to use on them to keep them from resetting! Should be available just from the inventory crafting I believe.
It worked, but uhh. I want to say that there is an error when trying to inflate/perma inflate with the cork the goblin twins. As it dosent let you and it freezes your screen.
You're talking about the "file not found" thing, right?
My solution to that was to copy the file it's supposed to be referencing, then rename that file to what the system is trying to find.
To find these files, go to where the folder for your game is, go to folder "www", go to folder "img", then go to folder "characters". The difficult part looks to be finding which character it is now, because it looks like they've all been renamed.
Hey Ver! I really love this game the story and combat makes me feel very immersed in the game, especially the inflation & popping mechanic is peak. But later on in the future will you be adding more selectable species for your character? For example: A Dragonic-Human like species or Kobolds for short for both male and female. If it is possible? Also can't wait for the romance system too!
Thank you for the compliment! There'll be another race in 1.2 (a half wolf race), but after that there won't be any more for a few updates.
How do I place furniture around the house that my character bought?
Select it in your hotbar (Hit Q after pressing the corresponding #) then press W to place it.
Is there a way to decrease the player's size outside of battle?
You can use items or go to one of the golden statues in town and pray to deflate!

I cant continue on the main quest Ghost Town cause I cant find the 3 guy in hiding. Can someone tell me where to find them or is this a bug?
oh one more thing, i tried de-juicing percy but the option seems to not exist. even with the self-juicer item

Poppeteer is kinda broken, sometimes when you pluck someone you are not able to select the puppet and it makes it almost impossible to defeat the enemy. if you don't have a blimb bomb then it might as well be a gameover.
RPG Maker MV has a weird issue where if your cursor is hovering over something else that is selectable on screen you can't select something else. I've gotten a few reports for the same issue and it's typically that issue! If you move your cursor over to the Poppet it should be selectable

Heads up, you can update the page again now.
Just tried the charged amulet, it looks like it doesn't do what you intended: it instead does one charge that's not very strong and then you have a uncharged amulet.
Edit: Should've posted this DAYS ago, but it looks like that strange behavior of the trinket only does that for the first time. Other ones do exactly as dev said.
Few issues with the HELP tab
-Opening 'Tutorial' softlocks the game cuz theres no 'back' option, and hitting X & esc doesnt exit the pause menu either
-Opening 'Class Guides' initially only sentinel & gunslinger show up, but when you select either option and choose 'back' it brings up the proper menu where all 4 classes & the accompanying 'back' option are present
-The tab with just 'Class Guides' is missing its accompanying 'back' option that would bring you to the HELP tab, technically not a softlock (using X/esc when youre on the menu page with all 4 classes will entirely close out of the pause menu) but still jank
QOL thing, the Tutorial section under HELP could have a tab for crimes, its a little weird you have to commit a crime to get the crime tutorial to appear, personally I never even knew you could pilfer chests and pockets until I accidentally popped an NPC and got hit with the crimes tutorial, plus having a reminder for bounty level and consequences would be helpful
the cellmate doesnt have an image and gets an error
Know it might seem odd, but maybe some gas options in the future? Big crowd who like inflated tight girls to leak from both ends, though I totally get not adding that in.
Can anyone tell me how to get it to work on Joiplay? Everytime i create character and start, the screen goes black in Village. Any way to fix this?
The next update should add a non-pop toggle, as well as another, more slob-related method of inflation.
Popping is a core component of the game. I don't plan on ever adding a toggle
Not sure what "slob inflation" even means, but I dunno if slob stuff even fits the game, it's basically entirely about inflation and turning people into spheres, but slob tends to lean more towards fat rolls and food splatters, which don't really "belong" in this kind of game.
Non-popping wouldn't really fit either, unless the dev pulled some kind of silly censorship like a toggle that removes the pop and replaces it with a "[character] has floated away!" line, and makes it so when blueberried characters are defeated, there's some silly line like "a bunch of short orange men appear and roll [character] away", or something.
That said, I'm not a dev and they already said no, so... why am I writing this? I guess I just like throwing my two cents into things? Dunno.

But I've found a bug:when I went to Smithy and talked to Korin for the quest "Word Around Town",though I have alreally asked him for the quest,but when I pressed the right mouse button, Korin still said the same word for the quest,and give me 5 empty flask again.As the result,I can't talk to the mayor to finish the quest.

I wonder that is Camp Shroud the goblin settlement that mentioned in the quest "Welcome Guests?"？If it is,why I can't complete the quest with Ariana in my team？
The first part is a known issue and will be fixed in the next update. As for the second part, Camp Shroud is the little camp along the river just before you get to the goblin settlement.

I didn't even get past the first area outside the starting spot as a human, and I ended up breaking the game. I had a save spot right at the entrance to the village, but after a few seconds, an error message appeared basically that it couldn't find the hud image file and kept appearing every time I pressed reload. it actively prevented me from moving, as well as going to different areas, and left me on a black screen with the error appearing constantly. I had messed around with the debug menu options, but I don't think it had anything to do with the error.
Did you mess with the game files at all? The debug menu can cause a crash if you scroll too far in it due to a plugin error, but that shouldn't cause the hud image to not load.
I'm not sure what would cause that off the top of my head if you're playing on PC.
Any plans for the game to be able to be played in mobile?
I don't plan on it, unfortunately. People have reported having success emulating it on Android using JOIPlay, but that's not something I actively work to make support for.

that is even more accurate, apparently support was just...wrong, about it being in deletion process? cos privacy team got me my data package...Anyway back to trying to RNG my way through the 2FA

You could always make a new email and keep an account on there until you get your other account wiped
