Writing Contest!

To celebrate the game reaching 15,000 DOWNLOADS on itch.io, I will be running both a writing contest and another cosmetic raffle!

 As a reminder, to enter the raffles you need to be in at least @/Extremely Bloated or above in the Discord to enter! The contest can be entered by anybody though!

Writing Contest: The writing contest submissions have the following rules:

• Must be set in the universe of Swelladia! (Can be entirely new characters as long as the setting reasonably applies!)
• Must feature inflation of some kind! (Duh!)
• Edit (10:37 CST 11/13): Must be written in English!
• Edit (10:37 CST 11/13): If AI usage is suspected, your submission may be investigated.
• Must be between 500-1.5k words! (Note: Length won't affect judgement of submissions!)
• Submissions must be posted in #⁠writing-contest-submissions in the DISCORD SERVER!
• Entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM CST, on November 20th, 2024. Winner will be announced soon after!

The GRAND PRIZE of the contest is getting to design a quest for the game! This can include any kind of new characters, settings, etc! It doesn't necessarily have to fit the setting of the game as long as it is an original idea! (For example, if you wanted something in a modern setting for whatever reason this is allowed, as entries will be considered non-canon!) 

The Quest Design submission for the winner must be between 50-250 words! Edit (10:35 CST 11/13): There is not a set delivery date for the quest submission, but it will be by 1.1's public release at the latest! This is due to high variability in the creation of assets required for the quest!
